Buccleuch beef is traditionally matured for a minimum 21 days, making it tender, rich in colour and in flavour. In January 2011 Buccleuch Foods and Campbell Brothers, who hold a Royal Warrant allowing them to provide meat to the Royal Household, merged.  The combined business now operates from Bonnyrigg in Midlothian and continues to provide some of the UK’s top restaurants with quality produce, Buccleuch beef comes from cattle grazed on the Buccleuch Estate. The Fillet of Buccleuch Estate beef is on our A la Carte menu, presented differently every month and cooked to your specification.
