2 course £35.00 (2-12yrs £20)
Additional Course £6.50
(includes private fireworks display)

STARTERS
Leek and haggis potato cake
fried in  crisp bread flakes served with wilted kale and a Scottish cheddar cream
Laird’s Wellington
Succulent Ayrshire pork sausage, Stornoway black pudding and herbs wrapped in delicious golden puff pastry served with homemade piccalilli
Fresh melon
and  berries with fruit sorbet and passionfruit dressing (V)
Trio of cured seafood
served with seasonal salad and lemon dressing
Soup of The Day   with freshly baked homemade bread 

MAINS
Roast sirloin of Scotch beef
served with cracked  peppercorn cream
Grilled bream fillet
 with garlic fried king prawns and parsley butter
Pan fried breast of chicken
served with button mushrooms , roast baby onion, crisp pancetta and a chicken jus
Vegetarian haggis Wellington
spiced vegetarian haggis wrapped in crisp puff pastry , served with a Campbeltown cheddar cream (V)

All main courses are served with steamed seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes

DESSERTS
Sticky toffee pudding
served with caramel ice cream and toffee sauce
Vanilla cheesecake
served with berry compote, Chantilly cream and almond biscuit
Ayrshire  Ice Cream Trio
served with cream and  berries
