Forest Fitness is suitable for all levels, to quote the Silent Sadist, “you are your own competition” and the small class sizes adds to the motivation and encouragement.

Enjoy the beauty of the woodlands, and get fit in a new and exciting fitness regime using nature to make you your natural best.

Alex, our qualified fitness instructor has used his proven forest fitness method to successfully combat 3 Tough Mudders, conquer the Glencoe Marathon, endure the Relentless 24Hr MTB Race and master the Big Ben Triathalon (including running up Ben Nevis and back).

Forest Fitness classes run from 10am on Sunday and 7pm on Wednesday (bring head torches in the winter months).
