Activities Pre-Arrival Information

Tree Top Trial adventures take place in the woodland and at height in the trees. 

• Please watch the videos below for your chosen experience to familiarise yourself with the new kitting-up process and equipment training zone. Links are also sent on the confirmation email.
• Dress code – FULL LENGTH trousers, LONG SLEEVE top, TRAINER type (lace-up) shoes must be worn. Hair must be tied back and all jewellery removed. 
• Please fill in your online waiver prior to arrival.
• Please ensure the correct age-appropriate ticket has been selected. If the wrong ticket is chosen, it may result in the whole booking being cancelled with no refund given. This is for safety reasons.
• Check in at the Activity Centre 20 MINUTES before your session time. This is on the far right side of The Laird’s Table Building.

Explorer Course (age 5-10yrs+)

Pioneer Training Zone

Before taking to the trees there are at least 2 rounds on the ground in the Squirrel zone. This helps to familiarise you with the equipment and how it works.

Age 8yrs+

This activity takes place outdoors in the woodlands and at a height. 

• Dress code – FULL LENGTH trousers, LONG SLEEVE top, TRAINER type (lace-up) shoes must be worn.  
• Hair must be tied back.
• All jewellery must be removed. 
•  Please fill in your online waiver prior to arrival. 
• Check in at The Activity Centre 20 MINUTES before your session time. This is on the far right side of The Laird’s Table Building.

Age 10yrs+

This activity takes place outdoors in a grassy area. 

• Wear appropriate footwear for an outdoor grassy area. 
• Dress code, LONG SLEEVE top, TRAINER type (lace-up) shoes must be worn.  
• Hair must be tied back and ALL jewellery removed. 
• All piercings on the upper body visible or otherwise must be removed as it may cause injury. 
• Children under 16 must have adult supervision on-site.
• Check-in at The Activity Centre 20 MINUTES before your session time. This is on the far right side of The Laird’s Table Building.

• Please remember late spring and summer is midge season – we advise bringing bug spray during these times.

Age 10yrs +

This takes place in a grassy woodland area.

• Dress code, FULL LENGTH trousers, LONG SLEEVE top, especially in midge season,  TRAINER type (lace-up) shoes advised or wellies.  
• Children under 16 must have adult supervision on-site.
• Check in at The Activity Centre 20 MINUTES before your session time. This is on the far right side of The Laird’s Table Building.

This activity takes place outdoors and in muddy trenches.

• Dress code: sportswear and lace-up trainers.  
• Long must be hair tied back and all jewellery removed. 
• Children under-16 must have adult supervision on-site. 
• Check in at The Activity Centre 20 MINUTES before your session time. This is on the far right side of The Laird’s Table Building.

Please bring a bin bag to put your muddy clothes in and one for your car seat. A fleecy onesie or similar to change into to keep yourself warm is advised.
