The Wallace Suite
Originally the castle’s Dining Hall, this spectacular split-level suite combines historic character with modern comfort. The lower level offers two sofa beds and access to the ensuite, while the mezzanine above, reached by a striking cast-iron spiral staircase, features a super-king or twin beds, dressing table, and armchair. Four Gothic stained-glass windows frame beautiful views over the front lawn.
Named in honour of the Craufurd family’s historic connection to Sir William Wallace, the suite celebrates the bond between the Craufurds of Craufurdland and Scotland’s legendary hero.
